League Creation-please Help

I am trying to create a new league with no players in it. I have a list of all player IDs from Lahman database that I want to import, then have fantasy draft from all of these available players. I try to create a custom league and select NONE where it has player selection but I still get all of these fictional players. Is what I want to do possible? Any help would be greatly appreciated! I am trying to recreate my old Strat-O-Matic table top league. We had players from 1900-present. I would think there would be a way to just delete all players and then run draft after I have imported the players from the database, but I can't figure it out.

There should be a delete all button in the free agent pool. Also a place to import players one by one in the pool.
