help reinstalling

Recently reinstalled my licensed version of OOTP4. Keep getting the message "Required file,vtcpak33.dll, is missing".I have tried several dll sites with no success.Any help?

Evcuse me if this is a double post.Received your quick response to my initial problem.I downloaded the file on the site you sent
but cannot figure how to get it to work in the game. Sorry for my lack of computer know-how.

Try installing it in the game directory.
