can't install ootp 4

I was able to download ootp4, but when I try to install it I get the following message:

"could not initialize installation, file size expected = 13966826 size returned 8177872"

can someone tell me how to fix this problem? Has anyone else had this happen?

If you are trying to d/l from within AOL that is the problem. Just open up a browser window and try again.
