Desparate need of help

I had installed OOTP4 on my computer and everything went well...When I opened the game up, the bordering was all black, the news ticker was at the top of the page, and the words were hard to read. Now I had at one tmie had the game on another computer and the bordering was blue and everything was perfect, but now it is pretty bad screen. My new computer is a lot better then my old one, has all the components needed, but it just doesnt work well. Can anyone help me? Thanks a lot

If I were you I'd check to make sure that my video drivers were updated.
