Problem with the Graphics

Well, finding out that OOTP got rid of the "full screen" mode, I felt some fear come into my heart. So I download the game, and sure enough, it happened:

I have a new Dell (got it in November) and the font is all squiggly and impossible to read. The only way I am able to read the font is if it is in full screen mode. If I have to buy a whole new video card, I am going to be a little upset, seeing as how just about every computer game works on my computer as it is. Please let me know if there is a way to fix this font, thanks for the help in advance.

Change your screen resolution to make it more pixels, did that for mine, and it worked

OK!! Changed my screen resolution to 1024 x 768 from 800 x 600 . Also updating to DirectX 9.0 from 8.1 will help. As SimSportsWorld states,......It worked!!! Thank You!

So for others with this problem, (text broken up) at least in my case with a older & slower computer it was the anwser. When I am not in the OOTP5 game, then just reset your settings back to your original choice for normal use. Only takes a few seconds.
