2nd License for OOTP4

I just got a new computer. I need to get my OOTP4 on the new machine. I tried to copy the ootp4.exe file on to a floppy....of course the file is too large. I zipped it up......still too large. I tried to copy the file to a CD......Oh Oh !! My CD burner was moved to the new machine and I only have a CD reader on the old machine now. I tried to search the forum for answers but search is disabled. I can not un-license the OOTP4 from the old machine....no internet access now. Can I use my 2nd license and download the OOTP4 game using my 2nd license without unlicensing it. What is the procedure?? I have the receipt and ID # of the OOTP4 license. Can someone walk me thru it if this can be done ? thanks I downloaded OOTP5 on my new machine......went very quick and easy. Now, if I get this problem worked out, I ned to figure out how to get all my OOTP4 leagues converted to OOTP5..........will be difficult with all that info on another computer..............and suggestions. SOL in Upstate NY

If I am reading you right you have 1 licensed copy of OOTP4 on your 'old' pc, and you want to know if you can install another copy on your 'new' one. If that is correct, then you should not have any problem. OOTP4 came with 3 licenses, not that you had them physically, but 3 e-licenses to use. Some use it for one desktop, one laptop and possibly the 3rd was used at work. So, unless you have used up your 3 licenses already, you should in theory have 2 left. Should be able to download and install the game just like you did the first time.

Cannot answer the OOTP5 question cause I don't have it...yet.
