Timing of Conversion from 4 to 5

We are at day 3 of the coaches draft in OOTP4. If we complete the coaches draft, then convert to OOTP5, what problems might there be and is this timing of the switch advisable ? What are the risks ? What is the best timing of a change form OOTP4 to OOTP5.

Never tried it at that point, make a copy and try it out. Ideal seems to be just before "proceed button" is pushed.
