OOTP 5 Injury Bug

Playing Boston Red Sox, top of first inning, johnny damon hits a double and slides into second base with an injury. The lineup screen pops up and I have to insert a player for johnny damon. Click on Johnny Damons name to see what injury he suffered, says strain tendon 6 days his name is in orange. His effectivness is about 93% so I decide to put him back in the lineup as the leadoff. He goes back into the lineup and I click on his name again and his injury is gone and his health status is normal. Shouldn't his injury still be displayed.

After the game ended went to my team's page and clicked on Johnny Damon's and it shows that he is injured with a foot injury. So I guess the bug is this, when you submit someone into the lineup during the game his injury status is not displayed.
