sim crash when completing a special game

system:
sony viao, 1.4
512 DDR RAM
geforce 4 - 64
20 gig HD space available

i only run sims and do not go in and manage the games. i have it set up where it will open up a game that has a no-hitter going or a guy has 3 homers. when that happens, it takes me into the game. as soon as the game is over (either naturally or simmed), 60% of the time it will crash while making the boxscore. i wondered if this was a soundcard issue, but i turned off the sound and the main menu and still had this happen.

the good news is that the game saves its place just before entering the game in question.

i looked a bit but did't see this error occur in any other post so far. if you can get to it guys, thanks. if not, well...it isn't a deal breaker by any stretch. i have been pleased with the effort so far.

Go into game setup and change the browser that the game uses to open the boxscores to the "other" one whatever it is.
