Empty Rosters for All Star Game

So I'm mid season, my 6th one, and I'm simming July and the game brings up the message

" roster is empty maximum of 25 players"

Which confuses me, because there is no team name. Then I go to the schedual to look at stuff, and it's the allstar game, but neither team has a name, nor do they have any players.

How can I move past this?
