Incomplete lineups crash

I'm playing in manager mode, in my first year. I have both LHP+DH and RHP+DH lineups saved but they've got holes in them because I have a revolving door at catcher.

I can crash the 5.01 OOTP applicaton by doing the following:

1. Play a game with my team. Lineup screen shows up, with an incomplete lineup.
2. Click the "opposing team" button. Now you see the opponent's lineup, which is complete
3. Click the "Continue" button.

..... crash!

I tried this a couple of times, it was repeatable.

Well, I wonder if it is another problem because I just tried it and had no crash.

Since the last OOTP4 patch, I haven't had any problems with incomplete lineups crashing the game thank goodness.
