How do I?

I am running OOTPB 5.01 on my computer at home. How do I get it to run on another computer. I have downloaded it but when I try to activate it with my purchase # it will not allow me to open it

You need to have internet access on that PC or if not call Via-Tech(Phone: 866-723-3376) and they can help. If it is possible you may have used both licenses call them as well.

I do have Internet accsss. Could not have used both licenses this is only other time I have tried to load it
