Bug in E-Mails

About once a session I will get an e-mail from a player whose contract is going to expire. He will ask to talk about an extension. However when I get to player to talk about an extension he will tell me it is to early to talk about an extension. I cannot find this reported any place else so I am bringing it up.

It's a known error and hopefully will be fixed soon.
