Question about online password protection

I am in a Online league and the commissioner has the extensions and what not password protected. I spoke to him and he said that he cant take it off without taking off all the passwords on all the things(editor in general)... If someone could tell me how to set these passwords up properly so we can run the league right, id appreciate it

He is set to do it if I can get the info so any help is appreciated

GM's can't offer extensions in OOTP and then send them to the commish, the commish has to do it.
