[BUG] OOTP5 - No Home Field Advantage

I have the latest patch installed.

I had the best record in baseball, 10 more wins than my World Series opponent, but they got home field advantage.

I checked the All-Star game, thinking that maybe my league had lost it, but we also won that.

Home field advantage in the World Series switches from league to league, like it did in previous years of MLB, and isn't based on who has the best record.
