Runtime Error

Yeah, I try opening a saved game or creating a new game in OOTP and an error message pops up saying "Runtime Error! Program: C:\Program Files\400 Software Studios\OOTP5\OOTP5.exe abnormal program termination"

Then I have to click ok and the game closes out. So what am I supposed to do to fix the problem? Am I going to have to redownload the whole game and reinstall it and everything or what? Also, if I have to do that do I have to unlicense it first before I do so? Since both ID's are being used.

So did you delete any files?

No I didn't delete any files. I just opened up the game and tried opening up a league file for one of my online leagues and got that error.

Sounds like the file was not installed properly.

Well I unlicensed OOTP then redownloaded it and installed it again and now everything works fine. So whatever the problem was, it's gone now.
