How to totally wipe OOTP5 and Elicense...

I need one of the tech support folks to give me a rundown on what I need to do to totally (and I mean totally) wipe OOTP5 and elicense from my machine. This would include anything that would be laying in the registry or any other hidden place. I want it to be as if they were never on the PC...this way I can truly start from scratch and reinstall both and see if that will solve my random crash/reboot problem.

I do not fault the game at all.....it worked for months and I don't believe it is the game that just stopped 'working'...but realistically if I don't find a solution/fix soon, I'm gonna have to shelf this game and that I do not want to do.

I have never totally removed it from a PC, I've unlicensed and uninstalled it but as far as removing registry entries I've not gone there. Have you tried just a "simple" uninstall/reinstall?

Hi Steve...to save myself some typing I'll point to this link to explain what I have tried so far

All of a sudden...reboots & reboots

I think the problem may be something with the Elicense, but maybe I'm wrong.....Tell me..when I load the game and get to the initial menu screen, what is supposed to show as to my registration info? Does my name and reg number show or just the reg number? I'm afraid to load the game to see again, but I think I remember just seeing the reg number at the bottom of the screen and nothing else..

As I said, I'm sure the problem is not the game itself so I understand that OOTP5 tech support is not obligated to help me fix it. I just am in search of suggestions as to what could cause this to happen after months of no problem.

I've used just about all my games and apps since this started and it is only with OOTP5 that I can see...at least so far.
