I am very sick of people who do not have the game messaging me on AIM and asking if I will give them my licence number so they don't have to buy one. Is there something that can be done about this? I am sure it is not something that is acceptable.

You can gather the info (as much as you can from them) and send it to me and I will "handle" them. And, yes it is illegal.
