OOTP4 changing market sizes

I asked this on general discussion, b/c I'm not sure if it's a bug or what: When I transferred the league to 4, the market sizes and loyalties changed, some of them dramatically. Even if this is not a bug, I would love to have some kind of short guide to things to think about when transferring, b/c I'm commishing a league and I don't want to make a mess of the transfer.

This is supposed to be changing in the patch (so that things aren't changed).

The biggest thing to look for in the conversion is the financials... so you would be well served to take note (or leave the the league folder in OOTP3 so you can flip back and forth between OOTP3 and OOTP4) just in case things change, so you can repair the changes.
