Rating Page/Player Page show different ratings

I would think that the same scout would be used for ALL team HTML pages.

You have coaches on, that is why the ratings are different. I never use coaches but if memory serves the player page is your scouts opinion and the prospect page is an "Average" scouts opinion. That or 2 different "Average" scouts rated him differently on each page. Either way, it's not a bug, just how coaches/scouts work in the game.

A question? I have scouts on, and manage 1 team.
The rest are computer managed. Of course when I look at my roster the ratings are seen through the eyes of my scout. What about when I look at the rosters of the computer managed teams. Am I seeing the ratings of their players, through my scout, or their scouts eyes?

If you go through his team pages within the game you should be viewing the players through his teams scouts, and it should say that somewhere on the screen too (it did in v3 at least).

On other screens it can be different. It used to be (possibly still is) that on the trade screen you'd see his scouts opinion of his own players 1st, then it would change to your scouts opinion after you clicked on the player. The number would change in front of your eyes.

Okay thanks for the explanation! I'm not sure if I like that when I go to the other teams
rosters, I'm seeing their players ratings
through the eyes of their scouts. Mainly cause
if their scouts are rated poor or terrible.
Then it is much harder to get a good reading
on their talents. Just adds to the challenge
I suppose!

How would you handle it? What about if you want to manage two or more teams yourself? Whose scout would you use then? There would need to be some kind of selection button for whose scout you want to use, maybe a dropdown box on each roster page.
