For some reason, when I downloaded OOTP4... I can not open the manual. Is there a link to the manual somewhere on the web, or could someone possibly e-mail it to me.
Thanks... Jeff JABidwell@aol.com |

OOTP1, you are from Soddy Daisy? No way. I mean, no friggin way. That has to just be a name you picked up somewhere...you can't be from that small little town. Can you?
Reason I freaked out is that I work in Soddy. Find it extremely odd that there would be any game developers in this area. Or is that not what you do? [ March 15, 2002: Message edited by: Marduk ]
|

When I try and open the manual...a Windows error Opens up...it says "Hh error"...and then when you click on details it says invalid page fault.
Maybe there was a problem in the download, I don't know. the game works fine though. |

Try clicking on the "manual.chm" file, the one with the question mark.
Marduk, why would I just pick Soddy out of "thin air"? Actually, I'm not from Soddy but I live in Dayton-I just liked the Soddy name. I'm "just up the road a piece". [ March 15, 2002: Message edited by: OOTP1 ]
|

Very interesting OOTP1, I didn't know that there were any game development houses in this area at all. I'm actually working down in at the Soddy industrial park (big laugh) at a software development company. Is the entire OOTP team down in Dayton?
Sorry to clutter up the thread Feel free to email me a response at sroach@alumni.gasou.edu if you want.

I've tried to get into the manual in the OOTP4 folder...and through the shortcut in the program menu. Nothing.
Is there anyway somebody could be a kind soul and just e-mail it to me? Thanks... Jeff JABidwell@aol.com |

I'll try to e-mail you a copy.
Edit - Sent it from my school e-mail address since hotmail complained to me about the file being too large. If you didn't get it properly send me an instant message and I can send the file to you through AIM. My screen name is mgfan31480. [ March 17, 2002: Message edited by: hellfrozeover ]
