I have downloaded the game and am trying to purchase but it won't recgnize my internet connection. I keep getting an error code 12 when it checks for price and when I try to complete purchase.

dont exactly know what do you mean with "wont recognize my internet connection", but error code 12 is usually caused by a cut and paste. say you cut and paste your credit card number into the form. try typing it instead. hope this helps.

same thing

I am having the same problem. I cleared what I "really" wanted to write hear...so after calming down, I wrote this message instead. I have a cable modem hook up and am connected. But it's saying I'm not. I shut down everything, with no good results. I have never had an issue like this and I have downloaded many games, even your 6.51a and below.

read this

I got it to work. If you install the license by choosing the "off-line" approach, it works. Try it...it's pretty easy to do. It's below where you choose the install license button. Hit the "Get-offline license" and follow the steps.
