Help with Rolen's Rosters

I downloaded the rosters, but when I try to unzip them (with Winzip), I get an error message saying: "Can't create output file: C:\PROGRA~1\OOTP4\Rolen2002.lg\Coaches.dat. Please press F1 for help." Does anyone know what the problem is? I've tried redownloading (6 times) and have rebooted several times as well.

Some browsers attempt to continue the last download of the same file, and if that DL is corrupt you can get the same file every time you DL it. I'd suggest you clear your browser cache, and try the one more time. Also maybe DL it from another site just in case there is a problem with the file on the 1st site you tried.

If anyone has had this same problem I trust they will reply here, otherwise it sounds like and incomplete download/corrupt Zipfile.
