I'm running 4.0b. just for fun, Ithought I'd create a custom league- the "Random League" with a bunch of randomly chosen teams imported in from the "Edit League Structure" page. It worked fine, player ages were correct, everything looked good for season 1.
When I proceeded to next season though, everybody aged to what they would be today. Harmon Killebrew is 66, Ted Williams is 84 and so on. |

Good question. I havent played a game yet. I was looking for a free agent to fill a void that I have on my 1940 Red Sox team, when I noticed that the youngest catcher was 38, and a few were pushing 90. that's when I put the post up.
I'm almost afraid to play it out. Sounds like it could get ugly. I suppose one way to see would be to see if the oldest teams- 1917 Chicago White Sox, and the 1926 NY Giants, who both had good records in the one year that went well, were to suddenly dive and finish in the cellar. All of their players are now 100 years old or more, so I'd be surprised if they followed up strongly. |

I know that there was a problem in v3, I don't work much with the database stuff though. Do you happen to know what version of the db you are using?
