Empty Free agent report...

In the off-season, no matter what I do, my reports come up blank for free agency. This is post-patch.

It works fine when traditional/reduced ratings are enabled. But I'd like to play with talent, only. There should be an alternate report for this... I guess it's a bug.

Are you saying NO ratings/stats or NO players?

No ratings OR players. The report is simply blank. The header at the top is fine... but when only talent is visible, there isn't any report for free agency that's functional at all.
