hey guys, so finally after some help ive gotten ootp4 onto my computer, i purchased the game and received the your credit card has been approved message but then no license information is on my computer or has been emailed to me, does this mean the purchase was not finalized and that is why i dont have the receipt.txt file or an email, im pretty sure you dont have to wait a long time for the email to appear but i am obviously hesitant to try it again and be charged twice...anybody have this happen or heard of it and what should i do? tried contacting viatech but who knows when i will hear back, plus what can they do without my license info...anyway a big thanks to everyone that helped me out with the downloading of the game i really appreciate it!!!!!!!

damn i love how quick you guys are!!! anyway the game was purchased(if indeed it was) about 11pm est today, been about an hour so i figured i should have gotten some license info, i have tried to open the game but i am getting a screen asking me to enter my license info and it says i should either have a record of it in my email or in the text file so that is why i am concerned about the whole purchase situation...thanks again

Pete,
I'm kinda surprised you haven't gotten something yet, but I have had a delay here and there when purchasing. Might wanna send an email to support@elicense.com and see if you get any response. Please keep me posted however and we will make sure that things are taken care of. |

alright this might be a way to check if i have bought the game or not...when you load your game to play do you still have the purchase option?? because i still do, would it allow someone to purchase the game like 7 times?? who would want to do that by the way....hopefully this is a way to see if i can try again. Also if i am charged twice what are the chance of getting a refund on one purchase, pretty good im sure. oh well waiting for a response from the elicense guys is too hard

If the purchase was completed the first time, you should have a receipt.txt file and an email with the receipt information sent to the address you specified..
Do you have either of these files? You should be able to get a refund if you accidently purchase twice, but if I was in your shoes I'd wait until I heard from eliscence. |
