Minors transactions not saving

When i move a player up a layer in the transaction screen, from AA to AAA, from A to AA, when i close the screen and go back to it the changes weren't saved. I'm never given a save prompt,,not sure if I'm supposed to or not but it never happens. This is a fictional solo league I imported from Season Ticket 2002, using winme, 128megs ram. I searched thru the posts and didn't see anyone else having this problem. Thanks for any info you guys can give me.

In the team setup screen who is in control of the minor leagues for you? PC or you?

Haven't checked that yet. I'm at work right now, will check later tonight. Thanks for the response.
