Teaching Players a new position

I did a search but could not find the direct answer. With OOTP4, I thought there was a new option to teach a player a new position!! That player was to have a notation by his name indicating he was learning that position. I don't see how that is activated in the new game. How is this feature used ? How is it designated in the game ?

say you don't have 3b's in your triple a team. when putting up the lineup, insert any player with no ratings to play 3b. the notation ('teach') will show up.

So....you can only have a player learn a new position when he is in the minors, or will the "t" designation show up in the majors as well ?

You can officially teach a player a new position during the season only in the minors. In the majors very rarely a player may gain a rating at a new position after playing their frequently.

You can also teach major leaguers a new position during Spring Training.
