Minor Issue: Playoff Pitchers

Minor Bug: Reached the playoffs and noticed that the pitching rotation I set for the playoffs and the pre-game pitchers announced on the playoff schedule page (where you have the option to sim or play) don't match.

I've played 4 season -- all in the playoffs -- and I've never seen it match up. If I play the game or if I sim, a different SP is always used.

This has been a problem since v3, my guess is that it is caused by the 3-man playoff rotations.
