downloading files

When I download from my league site. I get nothing i will go to open the new league and hit it and when it loads it brings nothing. It doesn't show any teams or anything else. What am I doing wrong??

Download your league file, then unzip it into the correct OOTP4 directory. This varies depending on how your commish zipped the file up. If you give a league file link I (or someone else here) can tell you exactly what folder to unzip the league file into.
