Please help ME!! I tried downloading the ootp4 file I get to about 95% done then it stops, when I try to open ootp4 setup it says we only have ______(big #) of the _________(slightly less that was supposed to be downloaded. What is that about? Please help?

Your download didn't completely finish. You'll have to re-download.

Thats the thing though I did it twice, same result my computer is relatively new and should have no prob w/the download. SOmebody help!

Are you using AOL as your ISP? If so, connect online then using the desktop (instead of the AOL browser) Internet Explorer icon, go to the site and download.

I had the same problem with AOL not letting me finish the download in it's entirety.

Clear your browser cache and delete the incomplete file and download it again. Your browser is most likely being fooled that it has a complete file but it's just seeing the same incomplete DL. This issues has come up frequently and the DL links do work fine. If you are on dial-up maybe wait until a less busy time of day. Good luck.
