Post Prospect Report Discrepencies

There are some differences between the team prospect report and the league "top 100" report. We'll use KC in my league as an example.

Here is their team top prospect report:

<a href="http://www.trueleaguebaseball.com/format.php?file=league/team9pr.htm" target="_blank">http://www.trueleaguebaseball.com/format.php?file=league/team9pr.htm</a>

Now, here is the top 100 report from the league:

<a href="http://www.trueleaguebaseball.com/format.php?file=league/lprospects.htm" target="_blank">http://www.trueleaguebaseball.com/format.php?file=league/lprospects.htm</a>

Notice KC's #1 prospect .. Chris George .. is NOT on the top prospect list. Their #2 prospect is listed as the 28th best overall.

The only thing I can think of is the top 100 report is using different criteria to determine if the player is a "prospect" then the team report. Please ensure these reports synch up.

Thanks

Answer -- So much that we can get our legs tied together, walking 3 legged for the rest of our lives and I'd love it.

The team reports are scouted by the team's own scout; the league one is scouted by an "average" scout.

Joe - great looking league . Is this related to the ACL in any way?

Arbiter ... I have scouts turned off.

Killebrew .. No. An old friend and I started up the TLB to coincide with OOTP4 coming out. We did bring a lot of the current ACL owners with us though. Thanks for the compliment

The team's top prospect report is located on the team's (KC's) pages. Just hit thier name in the standings, scroll way down near the bottom and fine the top prospects list.

Even with scouts turned off you will get different prospect reports. Different "average" scouts will produce each report and each has different views.
