Post Trivial buglet: minor league career-ending injuries

So, this is trivial, but:

I've noticed that minor leaguers with career-ending injuries are "silently" released by their teams, i.e., they move to the free agent list without generating any entries on the transaction files.

It's not really relevant, in that these guys are obviously done for. But I was disappointed when I found one of my favorite names, Curly Do, out in the free agent pool with bone chips in his shoulder. Yeah, he wasn't probably gonna make it past single-A, but I'd've liked to see the transaction on it in the transactions page. (I'm the sort that actually wants to track everything.)
