Lahman Database problem

I followed all the correct steps in loading the database. I started it out in the year 1900. It seems to have loaded all the players correctly. However it didn't load any teams at all. As in when I go to the standings there are no teams to be found. All of the players are in the free agent pool. I have version 1.3. Is there another step I am supposed to take to get these teams? Are you just supposed to make them on your own? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hmmm, scratch that. I just started 1 year later and everything is fine.
