Help me save my league!

I was simming about the 20th season in my league, when all of the sudden during a save my computer froze. When I restarted OOTP half the players were gone. I never created any backups.. is there any way I can save my league??? I am an idiot and will certainly backup my league from now on.

I hope I'm wrong.. but I think that your league is a goner...

I can't think of any other advice at this time.

Any idea what might have caused this? Limited HD space, etc perhaps?

I'm not sure... I am running it on my laptop, which has about 800 MB free out of 2GB. I had simmed plenty of seasons (at least 20) without it ever freezing in the middle of saving, then all of the sudden it happened.
