Trade deadline and daves schedule generator

If I was to use Dave's schedule generator and start the league 1 month before the default setting... would the trade deadline still be July 31st or would it be June 30th?

Yeah, this is not something that I have tried but imagine it will still be July 31.

Yes.. I just tested it.. and it stays as July 31st. This would be a good way to move your trade deadline back if a league wanted to do that.

Just use daveps schedule generator and start your league on March 1st instead of April 1st and it plays 1 month more of games before the trade deadline is implimented.

Yes, but how much does weather affect players' stats? Any at all, or is that just for rain delays and such?

Weather does not affect the players stats at all except when there is a rain delay.. the current pitcher becomes fatigued and most of the time is not able to continue pitching... so his stats would be affected by the number of innings pitched and other stats related to a short outing by pitchers.

Players on the other hand are not affected by weather (as far as I know).

Also weather for different stadiums, does not affect the overall stats I don't think.. I think this is just an attempt to add a little more "color" or variation into the OOTP game. Correct me if I am wrong Scott or Steve.
