Bug with scheduling promos in online league...

When we schedule promos for our teams and export the team file, when the commish imports it, it doesn't import the promo scheduling. Puts more work on the commish if we want to use that feature.

On the same note, if we receive email and delete it, it doesn't import the deletion into the commish's league file...so email stays around forever unless he deletes it himself.
