Operation Timed Out Error

I run a League that uses OOTP 4 and all of my owners, at least the ones that have tried are unable to upload via FTP. They are receiving Operation Timed out errors. I use AT T Broadband. I also myself have tried to upload the files from a different machine. Yet with this machine I have no problems, the file uploads no problem I then import the file on the Commisioner computer, and see the changes that were made. Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated by 16 loyal customers

Any chance of this being some FTP server issue? Perhaps a firewall or something getting in the way? If I had to guess Operation Timed Out error would indicate that for some reason the other machines aren't able to find/connect to (see) the FTP server...
