Importing Ver 3 League

I just joined a league that is just moving to v4 and I'm having a hrd time importing the v3 league. Please help. It goes through the setup and then while saving the league it preforms an illegal operation. I'm running XP. Thanks

That is probably why the problem, the commish should be the one to convert it.
