Hm was this the solution? create folder?
I had deleted the create folder by mistake , only realized this after I re-d/l entire app in seperate dir and compared files... would the create folder cause the problems I was having?

I would think missing the create folder would have caused most of your problems.

I don't use the 'create' folder in my OOTP3 directory. That file missing will only give you problems if you create a new league - existing leagues do not require it.
