Unable to set the schedule's league start date for my historical 1963 replay. Help!

Hi Guys! Listen I am about to start a historical sim for 1963. I want to use the actual schedule and I'am now entering it manually. When I attempt the set the schedule's start date the program won't register it. I am not going to have a all star game date. I have noticed even if I use the program schedule generator I still can't seem to
get the program to register a start date for the league. I have tried deleting the schedule.dat file and starting again but no such luck. I haven't had this problem before but I do remember reading something months ago on these board about this issue. Unfortunately, I don't remember the solution. Any help with this problem is greatly appreciated. Very frustrating indeed Toast

First are you keying in the schedule start date in the proper format. I believe it is month/day so April 10 is 04/10.

If that is not the problem try this. Exit the game and then delete the schedule.dat file from your 1963.lg folder than copy and paste the schedule.dat file from your create folder into the 1963.lg folder.
Next start up the game and go to edit schedule option. Click on Generate Schedule. Next click on clear schedule to erase the one you just generated. Hopefully, now you can key in the start date you want and create your own 1963 schedule.
