Squeeze Bunt for Run problem (OOTP4)

I've run into the following situation 3 times:

Runners on 2nd & 3rd
1 out
My team is behind or tied

In all three of those times when I successfully squeeze bunted a runner in the game rewarded me by crashing. If the squeeze doesn't work, then the game continue's just fine.

Here are my system specs(just in case they're of use):

OS: Windows 2000 (fresh install, I reformatted yesterday)
DirectX: 8.1
Internet Explorer: 6.0
CPU: AMD XP 1700+
RAM: PC2100 256mb
Video: ATI All-in-Wonder Pro (8mb AGP)

Let me know if I missed anything important.

Found the problem. It will be ok in the next patch! (4.0b)

Nooooo I just got bitten by this one too. I brought in '86 Wally Backman to pinch-bunt with the bases loaded, he layed it down beautifully to bring in the go-ahead run and CRASH CITY! *sob*

Great to hear this will be fixed. I love the squeeze play and have had this happen to me a few times as well.
