eLicense Control Panel

I am running Windows XP and can't seem to find the eLicense Control Panel anywhere. It's not on the control panel in either view nor is it in the My Computer folder. This is odd as I have 3 eLicense games installed on my hard drive right now. Anybody know where I can find it?

I dont have XP, but try right clicking on the OOTP4 icon from the program groups folder. I know you can access the elicense control panal that way using WIN98.

Are you trying to unlicense the game or just want to find out where it is located?
