Invisible player?

This is a problem I had in a league I am playing using the CBL rosters.....it is possible the problem is somehow with the roster, but I am not sure. I am using the Yankees, and went to check the player development to see if there were any ratings drops or raises. It showed that Luis Sojo had lost some in his ratings, but I did not remember seeing him on the team anywhere, so I went back and checked......nowhere to be found. Then I went into the league set-up and did a search by player name, and Sojo does come up in the search. His player info says he is on the Yankees, but he is not listed anywhere on the Yankees team. I have looked at the active roster, each minor league level, the 40-man roster, the DL, and I also checked the player salary page.......no Luis!!

Could be a roster set issue but I'll try to watch for it.

Luis reappeared as an Angel......just a few days after the rating drop. I am guessing it is something to do with the roster.....I will keep an eye out for any other similar instances.
