Waivers and Trades

I began a new solo league (not imported from OOTP5). I am human controlling a team and doublechecked that the team setup page shows that it is human controlled.

I just passed the trade deadline, and have begun getting odd e-mails about "we have placed a claim on __ on waivers" and a front office e-mail that "our trade with __ fell apart because __ player was claimed on waivers".

Since I am controlling the team, and am not making any trade offers and not placing anyone on waivers...I'm a little concerned why and how these players are going on waivers in the first place and trade offers are occuring.

A footnote to this, in the transaction page for my team, I clicked on the players name and find out that on both days, the players on waivers ARE ON DIFFERENT TEAMS FROM MINE. So the reports are crossing over to other teams. I don't think that should be happening.
