Disabled List/Demotion/40 Man Roster Issue...

Not sure if anyone else has brought this up... I didn't see anything about it.

My problem is this:

I'm attempting to bring a couple of players back off the DL (Joey Eischen and Orlando Hernandez from the Expos) but I seem to have run into a snag. I can't move the players directly from the DL to the 40 man roster (invalid transaction), but if I attempt to move them to the minors and THEN to the 40 man roster, they refuse assignment and i have to release or keep them. I keep them of course, but they remain on the DL.

This is only a problem if the player is on the DL only, and has the right to refuse a minors assignment... but I can't for the life of me figure out how to move em somewhere.

Turn off "40 man rosters" move player, turn back on.

Is an issue which will be fixed.

When you turn 40 man rosters back on, be sure to turn waivers and Rule 5 draft back on too.

Does this affect computer teams or can they still activate players?

There's another problem -- September.

In September, the roster expands to 40, but you have to PHYSICALLY move people into the MLB roster -- and use up options.

How about this:

AUTOMATICALLY USE THE 40 MAN ROSTER IN SEPTEMBER. No fuss, no muss. Rather than having to drag each and every guy back and forth is a pain.

Plus,there is no minor league play in late September anyway.
