2 minor things

a) Free Agency: when I am on the screen where I can see my CURRENT OFFERS, why can't I directly place a new offer by right-klicking. I mean it's quite annoying to go through the players, find "my" guy and place a new offer...

b) the E-Mail window. It's the only window one cannot move...don't see any sense why one should not be able to move this window as every other one

The first one was in OOTP5, I believe. It was something that annoyed me, and while nothing major, it would be nice to see it changed
