DH substitution problem

I'm playing a manager mode season (converted from OOTP 5) and I've had an issue with pinch running/hitting for a DH.

It's only happened in one game. My DH (Scott Hatteberg) was batting in the 8th spot. He led off the 7th inning with a walk, so I put in Eric Owens (speedy) to pinch run. On the lineup screen it showed Owens as the DH, but Hatteberg was still on first. The next hitter grounded into a DP and the play by play said Hatteberg was out at second.

Owens remained in the game at DH. His turn in the order came around and I wanted to pinch hit for him. I inserted Victor Martinez into his spot and the same thing happened. The lineup screen showed Martinez, but the game had Owens remain in the lineup.

I haven't seen this before, though I've only played about 10-15 games out in OOTP 6 and I don't think I've tried pinch running/hitting for the DH.

Also, a minor thing and I dont want to start a new thread. There is a string of text with "2st" instead of "2nd." Not a big deal, and I'm not sure what the situation was. The DH thing caused me to forget about this minor text issue.

This is a problem that I have posted a thread on as have others. I currently have my solo league on hold until this problem is resolved. Hopefully this will be fixed in an upcoming patch. It seems for some reason the DH position is having a problem with pinch-hitters and pinch-runners.
