This may be minor, but when you get divorced after your wife gets pregnant, this children never will be born.

I mean, divorce or not, this stil lis your child, isn't it?

Maybe it wan't your child to begin with and that is the cause of the divorce.

Also related to this, I have actually seen two children born within four months of each other. So unless these kids have different mothers, this is quite impossible. :-)
