missing eliecen40.dll

I received the missing eliecen40.dll when I tried to unzip the patch. Any help. I also have windows98. Ootp5 worked great for me on win95

Try installing the patch in THE SAME folder as the game and overwrite any old files.

Already tried that. Won.t work. Looks like I'm going back to version 5.

Sounds like you either deleted that file or the LicCtrl got turned off, have you used any spyware removal programs recently?
